Mistyfuse Ultraviolet 10yd Package
20" x 10yd continuous rolled sheet of Mistyfuse® Ultraviolet fusible appliqué web. (51cm x 9.144m)
Mistyfuse already has the best aging profile of any fusible because of its careful formulation and that it is made without chemical solvents. For more specialty usage and because we can, Mistyfuse Ultraviolet is formulated with a UV retardant for protection against the aging effects of long-term exposure to UV rays. It is recommended for lightweight fabrics and sheers, for solids and mostly solid fabrics and light colors. Despite the name, Mistyfuse Ultraviolet is white in appearance and fuses clear.
We're proud to feature SAQA founder Yvonne Porcella on our current cover.
Basic instructions and Tips&Tricks are included. And a 20" x 1/2yd sample of another Mistyfuse is tucked in with your order when we ship. (Black or White; our choice)
Note in the time of COVID19:
Many people have asked about the safety of using Mistyfuse in face masks. I turned to our chemist who formulated Mistyfuse and the factory where we have it made to our specifications to answer: Is White Mistyfuse safe to use in face masks?
The answer is yes it is.
Mistyfuse is inert, has resistance to moisture, and most importantly it is made without those common industrial additives found in other fusibles, such as solvents, blow additives, and body modifiers. There are NO surface adhesives added. Mistyfuse does not off-gas when ironed. The structure of Mistyfuse's engineered true-web allows it to handle like a fabric and be breathable. Instead of holes from stitching, this web melts into and becomes entwined with the fibers of fused fabrics—also impeding the passage of viral particles.
